GATHERING AT GARST
The Gathering at Garst is a free two-day event held the last full weekend in July celebrating history and pride on the grounds of the Garst Museum. The pride is displayed and celebrated by inviting primitive folk artists, antique sellers, historical skilled craftsmen, entertainers, and garden exhibitors, to sell their wares, perform their art, and demonstrate their skills and knowledge. A living history encampment and re-enactors dressed in period clothing demonstrate what life was like for our ancestors and share their passion and knowledge of the past with visitors.
